Payment Collection

Ticket payments will be collected as a single charge or multiple charges depending on the flights, hotels, car rentals, or other miscellaneous charges.

Service Fees

Service fees are non-refundable. For exceptional cases, an agency credit voucher may be issued at our discretion.

Payment Notification

All payments must be notified by email only, with attached transaction details for verification purposes.

Credit Policy

We do not offer credit facilities. All payments must be made in full as per the agreed payment schedule.
